How do I book an appointment and receive my serial?
Use our appointment form to choose your preferred date and Morning (11 AM–2 PM) or Evening (5 PM–10 PM) shift. The clinic team confirms your booking and assigns your serial; selecting a shift does not reserve an exact consultation time. You can also call 01673-474438 or message us on WhatsApp.
What are the clinic’s visiting hours?
Our regular chamber hours are every day, 11 AM–2 PM and 5 PM–10 PM. Please contact the clinic before visiting to confirm availability, particularly on holidays or if you need a specific dentist.
Can I request a specific dentist?
Yes. Tell the team your preferred dentist when booking online, by phone or on WhatsApp. The clinic will confirm the dentist’s availability and your appointment details before your visit.
How can I find out the treatment cost?
The cost depends on your dental assessment, the treatment needed and the materials involved. After assessment, ask the dentist for a treatment plan and quotation, including any imaging, additional visits and follow-up costs. Call 01673-474438 to ask about the current consultation fee.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Bring any previous dental reports or X-rays, a list of medicines you take, and details of allergies or relevant health conditions. Keep your booking reference or confirmation message available, and bring any questions you would like to discuss with the dentist.
